  • Putting in a request to have payments made automatically.

Encompass Homeowners Insurance Coverage

Encompass provides regular homeowner's insurance in three different packages, similar to how it does with its vehicle insurance. You can purchase these insurance separately as homeowners policies or as part of a package deal that includes coverage for your car, house, and goods.

Home Insurance Discounts

You may be able to get a discount on your homeowner's insurance if you do any of the following, depending on where you live:

  • Possessing a house that is either less than 20 years old or more than 20 years old.
  • Securing one's house with a burglar alarm, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and/or other preventative measures.

  • Purchasing a home that is less than 49 years old during the previous five years and it was purchased.
